Uncovering Truths in Human Development

Building Bridges Between Research and Community to Understand the Psychology of Identity and Development

psychFORM Research Lab only works on campuses where we have been granted permission by administrators and faculty, and have arranged IRB protocols. Although we operate as an independent research entity unaffiliated with university departments or funding sources, we follow strict university ethical policies. psychFORM does not use institutional resources, funding, or research infrastructure. Our work is fully independent and is conducted outside of the university’s internal research labs. We intentionally maintain this separation to respect the priority and protected status of university-affiliated research centers, and to ensure academic neutrality in our methodology and reporting.

Diversity Commitment

Our research team includes members of the LGBT community, as well as individuals from a range of racial and cultural backgrounds. We believe that diversity is essential not only in identity, but also in perspective. Accordingly, we place particular emphasis on diversity of thought -  encouraging open inquiry, intellectual honesty, and the respectful exchange of differing lived experiences.

Data is Just the Beginning

Our mission is to build a community around a shared commitment to truth and intellectual curiosity. We invite you to explore our findings, engage with our mission, and join us in shaping the future of psychology.
